New Bike: Pivot Launches the Mach 6 2016

Pivot is ready for the 2016, as they finally release their popular enduro Mach 6 in two versions, both aluminum and carbon. Pivot says that they start to build an aluminum enduro bike due to reason that there are maybe any riders that still want to use aluminum bike than carbon bike. And of course, they want to press the price also.
Pivot Mach 6 2016 Aluminum Highlights
• Frame: variable-thickness hydro-formed aluminum tubes, dw-link suspension, ISCG05 tabs, 148 x 12mm Boost axle spacing, 92mm PressFit bottom bracket.
• New, cold-forged wider and stiffer linkage designs with Enduro Max cartridge bearings

• Shock: Custom-tuned Fox Factory Kashima Float DPS Shock with EVOL air sleeve

The new update for the Mach 6 aluminum version (and carbon), is the Boost rear hub spacing and also bigger tires up to 2.40 inch. Except that, Pivot also says that this bike will get new linkage space which gives more stiffness but lighter. And for this aluminum Mach 6, Pivot still using DW Link suspension system. Pivot Mach 6 aluminum version will be available in four sizes, from extra small (XS) to extra large (XL). 
For Mach 6 2016 carbon version, the updates are same with the aluminum version; Boost rear hub spacing, new linkage, and bigger tires. The Mach 6 carbon version will get high parts; Shimano XTR Di2 electronic shifting, and FOX suspension both rear and front.
